The first step is the most difficult
Usually, that's what people say, right? But I think it's not true.
The first step is the one that might take the longest. You may try to extend the time before doing it, think about something else. You know, procrastinate.
And then you finally do it and start making it happen. And things start going smoothly. It wasn't as hard as you thought, right? Even more, you start getting better at it, and you see some results, even if they are small compared to the final objective.
But to me, the most difficult step is to keep doing it. Because as much as motivated as you are at first, much of it will be gone after a year, a month, a week, you name it.
What's the way to keep it? I don't know, you tell me. I'm starting to think it's more about the path than the final objective. It's about feeling happy every time you do it, rather than thinking you're getting to the top of that hypothetical mountain.
But, after all, it's all about perspective.
Or maybe it's just about humanity.
Possibly I'm just drunk.
Probably only bored.
